Both teams went down in week one and both teams will be trying to get back
on track this week. If Dallas wants to get in the win column, it will
have to have better play from veteran quarterback Drew Bledsoe. The veteran south paw QB
played well in both wins against the division rivals last season. If Brunell can master
the new offense, which was so effective when in-place at Kansas City, the Redskins could
become one of the most balanced and prolific offenses in the league. The Cowboys and
Redskins, one of the league's most intriguing rivalries, square off in week two on the
Sunday night stage. Terrell Owens should be able to get some opportunities to make some
big plays. Ultimately, this game will come down to Zapatillas Puma how well Washington's replacements in the
secondary can perform and how well Washington can run the football. Bledsoe won't be perfect,
so a few missing players in the secondary may not be exposed as bad as
if Peyton Manning were under center. If they can't, we will be talking about how
their offensive diversity is to a fault. He caught six passes for 80 yards and
a touchdown in the opener.I also expect better play from Mark Brunell as he has
now had another week with a new offense. I started off the season by cashing
in on the Colts in week one's Sunday night matchup and I have week two's

yards in the Cowboys opener and whether he can run effectively in this one could
go along way in deciding the outcome of this game.I'm also sure that Dallas is
finding that it's hard to prepare for the new-look offense in Washington as they have
a million and one different looks. Not only will Mark Brunell step up his level
of play, but another week should have Pro Bowl tailback Clinton Portis closer to 100
percent. At first glance, Dallas' defense should dominate the run, but I think you'll see
a much healthier Clinton Portis than we did in week one. I'm expecting a better
game out of him as the Cowboys should be able to exploit the Redskins secondary
who will likely be without star safety Shawn Springs. Nickel back Pierson Prioleau is also
out and will really leave the Washington defense thin in the secondary. I have every
angle covered in this matchup and I have taken a great deal of pride in
picking the Sunday night winner for years. Washington's sweep of Dallas last season was its
first since 1995 and its win at Dallas ended a nine-game losing streak in the
Lone Star State. Once Portis is healthy, I'm expecting Gibbs to emphasize the running game
once again.Washington got the better of the Cowboys last season in both meetings and the
